About….The Photo Website
This website is dedicated to outstanding shots I got during my travels around the Philippines and from the other countries. Feel free to comment on each picture what you think.
This collection is plain and simple…for fun and not for commercial purposes.
I use my Nikon D 80 and my newest baby the Nikon D3 to capture the memeories…..

I’m waiting for my new Olympus Evolt E-510 to arrive in the mail. My husband bought it for me as an “after Christmas” present.
Love your photos. In my “named” life, I’m a travel journalist.
You’ve got a good eye. Keep clicking.

Hi Ready Maid…thanks for your kind comments. Unfortunately for the past month especially this January I have been invited to lecture here and abroad that it’s taking most of my time preparing for them. These are big lectures that I need to prepare. But I promise to hopefully resume my flicker timetable by February.

hi doc!
my husband was just diagnosed of high cholesterol at 41 just the other day and was asked to take lipitor since he had had the labs for 2 yrs in borderline high and was still pursuing other facets like his diet improved but otherwise his very athletic and the other downside is that he has bad history of heart problems in the family. his father died of heart attack at age 44 thats why i’m aggressively pursuing for him to see a dr which his not so fond of. i’m actually a neonatal intensive nurse but have been into recreational therapist her in the states, my husband is a physical therapist and medicine is not so far from our forte bnut i guess when you are the ones involved in a medical dillema, we tend to be dumb about it. my question is that i have read in your website that you can eat avocado periodically but in other website like Dr Roz it was the 7th food to be avoided, what is your stand about it? i would not asked you about this had this fruit not my husband’s favorite. take care!!!!

I totally disagree that it is one fruit to avoid because even if it is high in fat..it is made up mainly of monounsaturated fat which is the good fat! Thats why, it can be eaten occasionally especially among those who wants to lose weight and not often beacuse its high in calories from its fat content

Hi, doc Gerry,
I’m keep on waiting on your newest photo there in Prague. Hope you find time putting everything in your photo website. It’s eyecatching, though we say very simple but the creativity and the angle of your shots really admires me.

hi doc, am not sure if you’d be able to read this msg, but if u do, i’d like to know how long should a person with hyperthyroidism or toxic goiter take her meds specifically PTU?; How many expected months would it take for her to become euthyroid?; and lastly, What possible effects or health problems that could arise from taking PTU for a long period?
Hope to hear from u.
thanks and best regards.

Jove…sorry this is the worng forum for your question. Likewise, please get an appointment with a specialist for specific questions on your meds. Likewise I dont use PTU as my initital drug of choice.
