I am a 27 year- old, type 1 juvenile diabetic. Diagnosed at age 10. I recently had my cholesterol checked:

Total Cholesterol: 176
Triglycerides: 92
HDL: 63
VLDL: 18
LDL: 95

I am wondering if I should start such a regimen. What is your opinion? I will ask my doctor in the near future. I like to have many professional opinions.
